About THE AUTHOR
Frank Baillargeon is a retired photo industry executive who lives in Eagle, Idaho. Upon retirement in 2018, Frank's priority has been to satisfy his late father's hope to expand awareness of the extraordinary life of John Morrissey.
Of his father, Frank writes, "He devoted years of painstaking research and feared his efforts would "wind up in a landfill."
